Upon Ms. Lethaulos'
admittance, she developed a strong passion for poetry and art - strong enough to
be considered manic. Against my colleagues wishes, I have allowed
her to continue writing, as it seems to help calm her periodic fits.
Unlike her
"ramblings" these poems are all well structured, albeit some are so
meticulously spaced and lettered as to look unstructured - the ravings of a
disturbed mind. Be that as it may, these insights may be helpful to my patients
eventual recovery.
As you are our distinguished
guest here at the Asylum, we would be interested in hearing your comments and
thoughts on the nature of Ms. Lethaulos' poetry. One can never have too
much advice when dealing with a patient who is as disturbed as this woman.
